Mr. Himanshu Sekhar Patra

Himansu joined Vasundhara since August 2005 in Environmental conservation team. He has 5 years of experience as an environmentalist involved in EIA studies, water & air quality monitoring, environmental audit & ecological studies.  He holds an M.phil degree in Environmental science with Phyto-remediation as specialization topic. In addition he has done a diploma in Environmental Management system & ISO 14000/14001 & PG Diploma in environmental economics from central university, Hyderabad. Dr. Bijay Kumar Misra

Bijay’s work at Vasundhara focuses on biodiversity and environmental conservation issues, and the sustainable livelihood process. His primary responsibility is to develop baseline data for all field work sites, so as to give strong scientific support for advocacy and mass awareness programs. Bijay has a Master’s Degree in Zoology with a Biochemistry specialisation, and a Ph.D. from Utkal University. In addition, he has a Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication from IGNOU, and has been a sub-editor at an Oriya weekly for more than two years. Email:-bijaykmisra@gmail.com

Mr Biswjyoti Sahoo has joined Vasundhara since August 2007 as Senior Research Fellow. He holds an Mphil degree in environmental science from Sambalpur University.
