Mr.Prasant Mohanty is working as the Secretary cum Executive Director of Vasundhara.  He has been extensively engaged on institutional issues relating to community forestry, sustainable livelihood interventions and policy advocacy for last 10 years. His expertise lies in facilitating and strengthening community forestry federations, strengthening forest-based livelihood options for the resource dependent poor and sustainable agriculture practices. He is also involved in visual documentation of community development initiatives. Krupasindhu has been our Financial Manager and Accountant since 2001. Prior to Vasundhara, he worked with a number of business establishments including ORUPA and Pallishree, and also with NGOs such as SVA and Sanhati. Manoranjan joined VASUNDHARA on 27^th June’08 as the Accounts officer in probation. He has completed his Master Degree in Commerce from Utkal University. He is also a P.G diploma holder both in Rural Development from IGNOU and NGO management from MKU. Prior to VASUNDHARA he has worked with NYSASDRI, THREAD and LNSRD in Accounts and Financial Management. He is a columnist in Oriya Daily “ Dharitri”. He is a poet of two poem collections like  “ Abhishapta” on women atrocity issues, selected by Orissa Sahitya Academy for Raja Rammohun Ray Library foundation and “ Amrutar Jwala”. Mostly involved in desktop publishing work for Oriya publication, Sakuntala uses her training in Typewriting & Stenography to also provide secretarial assistance to everyone in the organisation.
